There is something called an entry point or 'gate' in the realm of the spirit.

Such gates can be a channel of great blessing - that's on the positive side.

But there also are gates that enable great calamity and affliction to overtake people.

For an example of the first type of gates, see what happened to Jacob in Genesis 28:

To get the proper context we'll read from verse 10.

Now Jacob went out from Beersheba and went toward Haran. 11So he came to a certain place and stayed there all night, because the sun had set. And he took one of the stones of that place and put it at his head, and he lay down in that place to sleep. Then he dreamed, and behold, a ladder was set up on the earth, and its top reached to heaven; and there the angels of God were ascending and descending on it.

And behold, the Lord stood above it and said: “I am the Lord God of Abraham your father and the God of Isaac; the land on which you lie I will give to you and your descendants. Also your descendants shall be as the dust of the earth; you shall spread abroad to the west and the east, to the north and the south; and in you and in your seed all the families of the earth shall be blessed. 15Behold, I am with you and will keep[c] you wherever you go, and will bring you back to this land; for I will not leave you until I have done what I have spoken to you.”

Then Jacob awoke from his sleep and said, “Surely the Lord is in this place, and I did not know it.” And he was afraid and said, “How awesome is this place! This is none other than the house of God, and this is the gate of heaven!”

- Gen. 28:10-17

Here the young man Jacob, who later became Israel, arrived at an invisible spiritual gate and divine blessing became his lot from that point forward unto this day.

The reverse is also true...

Today, the experience of many is that since they accepted Christ as their Lord and Savior, everything turned upside down.

It's as if the hordes of hell have been released to hound and torment them.

What's the reason for this?

Hidden, evil gates opened against their destiny by the idolatrous practices of their ancestors.

Specifically, 3 hidden gates that they probably have no idea about.

I advise those who cannot point to a tangible case of answered prayers to look no further.

So long as they fully repented and turned away from their sins...

... and received Christ as Lord and Savior of their lives...

Time to TAKE BACK what the enemy has stolen from your family line

If this has been your experience, what you MUST do is carry out a spiritual check-up on your family history.

Why?

Because the wicked, idolatrous practices of past generations may still be speaking against you and holding you captive behind the bars of iron and the gates of brass.
 
To put it mildly, if any of the 3 gates I'm about to identify here is still speaking against your bloodline, it will be doubly difficult for you to live a victorious Christian life.

It may be difficult to have a peaceful marriage.

It may be next to impossible to build a successful ministry, if you're called into ministry.

It could even be a challenge to make progress when it comes to growing in the things of the Spirit like hearing the voice of the LORD, prophesying, or receiving the genuine baptism of the Holy Ghost (please note this point).

Now, what are the 3 hidden gates that hinder answers to prayers?

#1: Gate of Idolatry
#2: Gate of Sexual Immorality
#3: Gate of Bloodshed

All three are connected and intertwined.

Where you find one you can be sure the others are not far behind.

Once these gates are opened against a believer, then this scripture becomes a frightening reality in their lives:


But this is a people robbed and plundered;

All of them are snared in holes,

And they are hidden in prison houses;

They are for prey, and no one delivers;

For plunder, and no one says, "Restore!"

                                  -- Isa. 42:22


When the LORD directed me to set up this prayer teaching and coaching ministry 17 years ago, there was nothing like this online.

I had an endless number of priests, pastors, theologians come to the site to argue and debate with me.

Day after day.

They said I was wrong, even when I showed them the Scriptures.

One day the LORD told me to demonstrate what I was teaching -- not just talk about it.

So I announced a 21-day prayer marathon.

I challenged all my website visitors to come with the most stubborn problem they were facing.

Mind you, just one problem that was keeping them awake at night... not a laundry list.

It had to be something that had defied every known solution in the past

The program was opened to the first 1000 visitors - free of charge.

No strings attached.

There was one supreme condition, however.

You had to be born again.

I especially warned against those still having sex outside marriage, among other things.

Those who were brave enough to continue past that point began sharing powerful testimonies from Day 10 of the prayers.

I must tell you ...

It was a wild event - nothing like that had ever happened before.

The people who showed up did not come with ordinary problems.

Here's an example of a typical problem:

"As you may have been told by my prayer advisor, I am HIV+ and my kidneys have packed up and my liver and heart too are not in great shape, so simple tasks are a struggle. But by the grace of God I am here and able to participate in your program…. at last, there is light at the end of the tunnel. You don’t know how many prayer requests and offerings I have sent to the so called tele-evangelists!”

At the time, we set up a special blog for all the participants.

As the testimonies happened in real time, they began posting to the blog in their own words.

How about the critics, you ask.

They disappeared into thin air even before the 21 days were up.

Praise the LORD.

Please rest assured that what you are reading here is not a figment of my imagination.

It is not armchair theory.
