While a good defense is important, it hardly ever wins a war...

...  especially against a stubborn enemy that never gives up.

Sooner or later the defense breaks and the enemy rolls over the walls.

Always defending gives rise to doom and gloom among the believers.

I must say...

Many teachings do a great job of defending against the enemy.

They defend the Christian principles very well.

They defeat their talking points.

They give believers the ammo to continue the defense.

This is very good.

However, it's only a defense.

To deal decisively with the enemy of our souls, we need to ADVANCE the battle to crush their offensives.

If they survive and still find their godly spouse, he unleashes his demons of marriage destruction to swallow the finances, love and joy ...

... then they fight to delay or even stop them from having children.

Well, if they overcome that particular attack, then all the hosts of hell are let loose on the children.

Before you know it their glorious destinies are diverted, and total chaos ensues.

Throughout much of this, the believer is reduced to living under a cloud of panic and fear...

... always fighting fires in every direction, defending against the onslaught on her marriage, finances, children, health, and a hundred other things.

She sees and talks about everything in defensive terms.

Because that's all she's ever known.
