Elisha, l have been praying for a new job for 5 years now and l was deeply in debt. All to no avail. At first l would get regrets up to a point where there no responses at all. 

I got so frustrated that l stopped searching. I joined your mail list and l got so frustrated and irritated with so many of the testimonies and still l couldn't get my own, so l unsubscribed to your mailing list.

I'm going to explain the simplest and easiest way to ignite that fire so you too can go on to pray through to breakthrough... just like TJ did.

But in the simplest, uncomplicated way possible. 

Hidden secret of unanswered prayer

 

 Last year, I was hit with a powerful REVELATION as I scanned our testimony sharing site, Testigram.

I wondered whether all those who joined one prayer riot or the other (or purchased our prayer manuals) in the past were receiving the answers to their prayers.

Because I firmly believe that anyone who ever ordered our prayer books (and followed the instructions on how to pray) should be able to share at least one testimony before long.

That's when it hit me.

A huge number of those who take that step of faith run into satanic roadblocks immediately AFTER ordering the manuals and could not continue with the prayers!

Just to confirm this, I sent out an email asking to know if anyone had run into these ROADBLOCKS and could not continue with the prayers.

If so, I wanted to help them remove that roadblock once and for all... so they too can share their testimony.

 

The replies came in fast and furious... 

Within days I received 2739 responses.

For easier analysis I grouped them into 10 categories.

1. Overwhelm, Fatigue, and Physical Exhaustion

Sample answers:

“It is my intention to get up to pray at midnight but a lot of times I sleep through the alarm.”

“I wake up and sleep while standing and my eyes will not open until after 3:30 am.”

What this means:

They start enthusiastically but hit a wall of exhaustion—often because they already carry heavy emotional, financial, or health burdens.

After a while, midnight prayer feels spiritually powerful but physically unattainable, especially for those with demanding jobs or chronic fatigue.

The devil begins to tell them that because they failed to wake up and pray for a few days, they failed and should quit.

He makes them feel so guilty and unworthy that before long they withdraw from the prayers.

2. Discouragement When Answers Don’t Come Quickly

Sample answers:

“I’ve prayed these prayers for a week and a day and I haven’t really seen any changes… last night I thought to stop praying because it doesn’t feel like it’s working.”

What this means:

The enemy makes people equate success in prayer only with visible change.

When answers delay, discouragement sets in, and the internal narrative becomes, “Maybe God doesn’t see me or love me like the others,” or “I’m doing something wrong.” This hopelessness makes them drop out of the prayers early.

3. Distractions and Life Interruptions

Sample answers:
“Something always comes up!”
“My work is very busy and I get home late and may do just few night prayers or miss some days.”

What this means:

 Life crises—work stress, family conflicts, sickness, funerals—often interrupt the rhythm of prayer.

Some see these interruptions as signs of personal weakness, pushing them into quitting whenever they are confronted with issues like these.

4. Spiritual Opposition and Fear from Dreams or “Attacks”

Sample answers:
“After that dream of a giant dark man, the trauma and fear made me stop the prayers.”
“Every time I start with zeal, I face counterattacks—witchcraft, sickness, or nightmares.”

What this means:

Fear of intensified spiritual warfare has discouraged many.

They associate increased demonic dreams or attacks with “stirring the enemy,” leading them to quit prematurely, not knowing the desperate attack of the enemy is because their testimony is getting close!

5. Emotional Burnout and “Loss of Fire”

Sample answers:
“I find it difficult to complete or follow through… for no reason at all, the zeal just dies.”
“I start strong then I get lazy towards the end.”

What this means:

This is a big one.

Fatigue from long seasons of unanswered prayers is a favorite weapon of the enemy.

You begin to feel numb, detached, and spiritually dry —something known as burnout.

It opens a door for the enemy to start whispering: “Something’s wrong with you spiritually, that's why God is not answering you!” 

6. Shame, Condemnation, and Fear of Signing Up Again

Sample answer:
“Out of embarrassment to join for the fourth time, I felt as if someone was watching me that I don’t finish.”

What this means:

The enemy uses shame around “not finishing” as a spiritual roadblock.

The enemy want them to internalize failure as moral weakness or unworthiness before God, creating self-sabotage.

With this, the enemy is able to disconnect them from the endless flow of daily encouragement and inspiration from other Eagles inside the forum.

7. Unresolved Personal and Family Crises

Sample answers:
“I have been jobless for 2 years, in financial bondage, stagnation, debts, sickness… sometimes not been able to finish some prayer programs.”
“My husband left me… I pray that God should give me my own husband.”

What this means:

The enemy exploits heavy emotional burdens (sickness, betrayal, debt) to drain prayer stamina.

When pain is ongoing, prayer feels like another “demand” rather than healing space.

They are unable to pray even though their hearts cry for divine intervention. 

8. Technical or Logistical Barriers

Sample answers:
“Some PDFs refuse to open especially the opening first day.”
“My phone crashed and I lost every material that was sent to me.”

What this means:

Easily resolved issues—lost passwords, missing books, broken links— can quickly derail many.

Some have been able to correctly interpret these problems as spiritual attacks, with the goal of forcing them to quit.

This is why some of our emails end with this line:

* I will not be bought off; I will sell out; I will not quit in the name of Jesus.*

9. Financial Constraints

Sample answers:
“Sometimes I refuse to join because I think I’ll be wasting money on something I won’t even complete.”

What this means:

The spirit of poverty produces a loop of guilt and scarcity.

Many hunger for  deliverance from the slave chains of debt but fear “wasting” scarce funds if they can’t follow through—so they don’t enroll or quietly withdraw, and the problem worsens.

10. Repeated Failure Patterns (“Starting but Not Finishing”)

Sample answers:
“I always have zeal to start but I don’t finish. I feel stuck in every area of my life.”
“I started my master’s in 2014 and didn’t finish—I notice it’s a pattern.”

What this means:

Inherited or acquired evil patterns that must be broken through our kind of prayers.

Many recognize these patterns across all areas of life—relationships, education, projects, and prayer.

The enemy flips that around, reinforcing powerlessness and resignation.

the quickest path to answered prayer

 

There's a simple exercise to help you get on the path to answered prayer.

Actually, 2 simple exercises.

I have kept them so simple that you can finish everything in 3 minutes flat.

The first is a specific prayer I want you to pray as soon as you wake up.

That is, as soon as you get up from bed in the morning.

As soon as your feet hit the floor.

Nothing complicated.

Right after this, you will get a pen and paper and write something down.

(Better to write this in a notebook or journal, not a piece of paper that can be easily misplaced).

Remember: 

The goal here is obedience, not perfection.

If you are willing to follow 2 simple instructions…
